Szanowni Klienci i Miłośnicy marki ZomBum®

Nasza marka pojawiła się na rynku niedawno, bo w 2023 roku. Jako właściciel, firma Pol-Expance, nabyliśmy do niej wszelkie prawa, na potwierdzenie tego faktu umieszczając przy logo ZomBum na każdym produkcie ®.  Niestety, kilka tygodni temu odkryliśmy, że padliśmy ofiarą piractwa przemysłowego. Nasz flagowy produkt – petarda ZB600 Zombie Attack 5G – został podrobiony w jednym z naszych sąsiednich krajów. Na rynku pojawiły się petardy łudząco przypominające produkty oryginalne, jednak posiadające kilka „błędów” produkcyjnych po których możemy je łatwo zidentyfikować. Dodatkowo, produkty te wprowadzane są na rynek na terenie Czech, Słowacji, Niemiec oraz Polski w bardzo atrakcyjnej cenie, bez uiszczenia wymaganych prawem opłat oraz podatków.

O fakcie tym została zawiadomiona Polska Policja oraz Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa.

Aby odróżnić produkt oryginalny od fake należy przede wszystkim zwrócić uwagę na datę produkcji znajdującą się z tyłu opakowania w lewym dolnym rogu. Produkty oryginalne są oznaczone 06.2023 oraz 05.2024, natomiast fake posiada oznaczenie 12.2023. Ponadto oryginalne produkty niezależnie od partii posiadają lont w kolorze zielonym, a produkty fake zielony lub różowy. Jest jeszcze kilka znanych nam różnic, jednak tych ze względu na dobro śledztwa nie możemy w chwili obecnej ujawniać.

Szanowni klienci, apelujemy o zwracanie uwagi przy zakupie na te szczegóły, gdyż z oczywistych względów nie bierzemy odpowiedzialności za jakość tych wyrobów a co za tym idzie bezpieczeństwo ich użytkowania.

Apelujemy też o informowanie nas (mailowo na adres biuro@pol-expance.pl lub telefonicznie na numer 500 124 403) lub policji o próbach wprowadzania tych wyrobów do obrotu (dotyczy to też już nabytych produktów) gdyż mogą być niebezpieczne dla użytkowników pomimo użytych na opakowaniu informacji o spełnianiu odpowiednich norm oraz certyfikatach bezpieczeństwa CE. Na życzenie klienta gwarantujemy anonimowość.

Apelujemy też do sprzedawców fajerwerków – jeżeli nieświadomie nabyliście te wyroby zgłoście nam ten fakt, aby uniknąć odpowiedzialności karnej za wprowadzanie nielegalnych produktów do obrotu.

Dear Customers and Fans of the ZomBum® brand

Our brand appeared on the market recently, in 2023. As the owner, the Pol-Expance company, we acquired all rights to it, confirming this fact by placing the ZomBum ® logo on each product. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago we discovered that we had fallen victim to industrial piracy. Our flagship product – the ZB600 Zombie Attack 5G firecracker – was counterfeited in one of our neighboring countries. Firecrackers appeared on the market that look very similar to original products, but have several manufacturing „errors” by which we can easily identify them. Additionally, these products are introduced to the market in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Poland at a very attractive price, without paying the fees and taxes required by law.

The Polish Police and the National Revenue Administration were notified of this fact.

To distinguish an original product from a fake, first of all pay attention to the production date located on the back of the packaging in the lower left corner. Original products are marked 06.2023 and 05.2024, while fake products are marked 12.2023. In addition, original products, regardless of the batch, have a green fuse, while fake products have a green or pink fuse. There are a few more differences that we know of, but for the sake of the investigation we cannot disclose them at this time.

Dear customers, we appeal to you to pay attention to these details when buying, because for obvious reasons we do not take responsibility for the quality of these products and therefore the safety of their use.

We also appeal to you to inform us (by e-mail to biuro@pol-expance.pl or by phone to 500 124 403) or the police about attempts to introduce these products to the market (this also applies to products already purchased) because they may be dangerous to users despite the information on the packaging about compliance with appropriate standards and CE safety certificates. At the customer’s request, we guarantee anonymity.

We also appeal to fireworks sellers – if you have unknowingly purchased these products, report this fact to us to avoid criminal liability for introducing illegal products into circulation.

Liebe Kunden und Fans der Marke ZomBum®

Unsere Marke erschien erst kürzlich, im Jahr 2023, auf dem Markt. Als Eigentümer, Pol-Expance, haben wir alle Rechte daran erworben und dies durch die Platzierung des ZomBum-Logos auf jedem Produkt bestätigt ®. Leider stellten wir vor einigen Wochen fest, dass wir Opfer von Industriepiraterie geworden sind. Unser Flaggschiffprodukt – der Kracher ZB600 Zombie Attack 5G – wurde in einem unserer Nachbarländer gefälscht. Es gibt Böller auf dem Markt, die den Originalprodukten zum Verwechseln ähnlich sehen, aber ein paar Produktionsfehler aufweisen, an denen wir sie leicht erkennen können. Darüber hinaus werden diese Produkte in der Tschechischen Republik, der Slowakei, Deutschland und Polen zu einem sehr attraktiven Preis auf den Markt gebracht, ohne dass gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Gebühren und Steuern anfallen.

Die polnische Polizei und die nationale Steuerverwaltung wurden über diese Tatsache informiert.

Um ein Originalprodukt von einer Fälschung zu unterscheiden, achten Sie zunächst auf das Produktionsdatum, das sich auf der Rückseite der Verpackung in der unteren linken Ecke befindet. Originalprodukte sind mit 06/2023 und 05/2024 gekennzeichnet, gefälschte Produkte mit 12/2023. Darüber hinaus haben Originalprodukte, unabhängig von der Charge, eine grüne Sicherung und gefälschte Produkte eine grüne oder rosa Sicherung. Es gibt noch einige weitere Unterschiede, die uns bekannt sind, die wir aber zum Zwecke der Untersuchung zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht offenlegen können.

Sehr geehrte Kunden, wir bitten Sie, beim Kauf auf diese Details zu achten, da wir aus offensichtlichen Gründen keine Verantwortung für die Qualität dieser Produkte und damit für die Sicherheit ihrer Verwendung übernehmen.

Wir appellieren außerdem, uns (per E-Mail an biuro@pol-expance.pl oder telefonisch unter 500 124 403) oder die Polizei über Versuche zu informieren, diese Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen (dies gilt auch für bereits gekaufte Produkte), da sie kann trotz der Verwendung auf dem Markt gefährlich sein, Informationen zur Einhaltung entsprechender Normen und CE-Sicherheitszertifikate. Auf Wunsch des Kunden garantieren wir Anonymität.

Wir appellieren auch an Verkäufer von Feuerwerkskörpern: Wenn Sie diese Produkte unwissentlich gekauft haben, melden Sie uns dies, um eine strafrechtliche Haftung für das Inverkehrbringen illegaler Produkte zu vermeiden.
